The (No) Tantrum Program

If we’re going to convince you our methods work, we need to get results fast, we also need to ensure anything we do with you over this week is sustainable when you get home.

Our (No) Tantrum Program is designed to do just that. You can expect to lose 3 kilos of body fat whilst gaining 1 kilo of lean muscle over the course of the week without EVER going hungry, counting calories, points or macros or spending hours in the gym

What You Can Expect:

Weight Loss: Most people lose 3-4 kilos of unwanted body fat over the course of the week but what’s more important is they learn how to keep on losing 3-4 kilos every week when they get back home, until they hit their target weight. We wont be counting calories or starving you (in fact you’ll probably eat more than ever), we wont be following any fad diets or latest craze’s and you wont EVER see a meal replacement milkshake or bar. Just healthy (and delicious) food, perfectly prepared. Over the course of the week we’ll teach you how to cook several amazing recipes and create your own personalised food and meal plan, so you know exactly how to feed yourself for the rest of your life.

Muscle Gain: Most people gain 1-2 kilos of lean muscle over the course of the week. And this is done without spending hours in the gym…in fact 15 mins a week is often enough. We’ll also, of course, build out your personal program so you know exactly what to do when you’re back home

A Typical Day

0800 – 0830: Morning Heal Like Wolverine Session

0830 – 0900: Breakfast

0900 – 1000: Interactive Session covering aspects of health and fitness (trust us we take a totally different but holistic view on this and will quite likely blow your minds a little…the proof is in the science and the results)

1030 – 1100: Active Recovery Session

1100 – 1200: Food prep and explanation of why we are eating what we are eating that day.

1230 – 1300: Lunch

1330 – 1430: Free time

1430 – 1800: Hit the beach and KITESURF! (or other activity if no wind, or just chill out) This session will always be timed so we get the absolute BEST wind of the day, so exact timings may vary a great deal.

1800 – 1830: Post exercise recovery

1830 – 1845: Explanation of where to eat, and what to eat when you get there to stay on program (Tarifa has loads of great restaurants which cater to our requirements). This is to show you you can still have fun and live a normal life whilst on the (No) Tantrum Plan.

1845: Day ends – free time


Where You’ll Be Staying

Situated at the gateway to the National Park 2 mins drive from Tarifa is the farmhouse we’ll be calling home for the week.

Set in the middle of a Rewilding Project you’ll be immersed in nature, whether it’s the huge variety of birds and small mammals which call the surrounding land home, or the larger horses, donkeys, goats, chickens (and occasional wild boar) which freely roam the lands.

We’ve chosen this spot, as part of our ethos is your environment has a huge impact on your health. So by surrounding you with an environment as close to a natural habitat for humans as we can, we’ll amplify your gains 10 fold.

With a huge open plan kitchen, open fireplace, giant communal area, outdoor terrace with BBQ and wifi throughout the property you’ll be able to relax in comfort at the end of each fun packed day.

We’ll also be teaching you how to cook most of these recipes so you can keep on eating delicious food when you’re back home.


Your Kitesurfing

Your Own Kite & A HUGE Range Of Different Kite Sizes Just For You

Having your own kite means you spend 2 – 3 times longer actually flying the kite (and not watching your partner have all the fun) so you get every ounce of value out of the time you have.

We have a whole range of kites from 4 to 17 m set aside just for you. So you will ALWAYS be on the right kite whatever the conditions. This is probably the single biggest factor in ensuring you learn 3 x faster (as most schools have a lot less kites which means often a compromise has to be made in which kite they take, meaning you can often end up with a kite which is the wrong size for the conditions)

We also have 4 different bars each with different line lengths just for you, so we can perfectly adapt your set up every day for the exercise you are learning.


Never Wait For Wind – Not Just Kitesurfing

Yes, this is primarily a kitesurfing holiday, BUT we don’t like to sit around on the beach, waiting for wind we cannot control. For this reason we do not depend on wind but instead like to maximise your time here. So if there’s no wind, or the forecast is poor we have a range of other activities you can choose from if you feel like it, like wake boarding, surfing, SUPing or pretty much any other activity you can imagine. You see…

Board Skills Are The Key

So we have picked the best cross over sports, both in terms of the skill sets they provide (which cross over into kitesurfing) but also the conditions they need to work best (ie. no wind). That way wherever you go in the world, whenever there’s no wind you’ll have something else cool that you can do that will also improve your kiting.

We are a small business (and really want to stay that way) we enjoy making friends with our clients and really want to make sure we give a highly personal service. We deliberately only take a few people on any of our holidays at a time (despite all the business consultants I meet telling me I need to expand, expand, expand!), so you can be assured loads of time on the kite and a LOT of attention from our instructors.

We do this for 2 reasons, because we really like getting to know you guys, you really make this job what it is and we want to say “Thank You” by ensuring that you have the best time possible out here with us. There is of course another slightly more selfish reason. You see, I want to be running this business when I’m 95 and the best way I can think of ensuring that I am, is if you go back home and tell all your friends how amazing we are!
